What It Is
This highly interactive workshop encourages participants to experience how to create more inclusive environments for their workgroups, increasing individual awareness regarding the importance of inclusivity as well as learning specific tools for use with their own groups. Focusing on workplace environment, activities provide participants with strategies for addressing difficult diversity issues and also methods for setting standards for group interaction.
