Why You Need It
Today’s leaders face almost constant ethical dilemmas in the areas of recruitment, retention, product design and marketing, employee communication and compensation—the list goes on. Confronted with multiple worldviews and values that co-exist in communities and organizations, it’s essential for leaders to get clear on their ethical views and responsibilities for both their benefit and the benefit of their employees and customers.
