What It Is
The topic of ethical leadership represents an essential area of knowledge and skill for effective leadership. This program focuses on five areas: understanding ethical leadership concepts; developing a common language and definitions; working with ethical dilemmas and decision-making; shaping an ethical work culture, and applying ethics to issues of management.
Objectives
Participants will:
- understand the importance of the ethical dimension of leadership and leader behavior
- examine the differences and similarities between ethics, morals and values applied to leadership
- understand individual and/or group ethical decision making models
- deepen their personal philosophy of ethical leadership
- be provided with practical tools and techniques for addressing individual and organizational ethical situations
