Why You Need It
Employees are, unarguably, the engine that runs an organization. Like all engines, employees need an opportunity for fine-tuning, lest their performance suffer. However, truly effective performance management needs to be more than duly checking off another cost-of-living raise. Employees often have intriguing ideas of what sort of development could make them not only more organizationally valuable, but also more personally fulfilled. The successful manager takes note of these suggestions and, combined with solid coaching and feedback techniques, builds a happier, more productive employee.
Personalized development + Effective feedback = Build Me Up
