Over and over again, as individuals in today’s workplace, we are asked to produce results through teams. Yet, rarely are we taught how to do that. This workshop will help participants understand the basic foundations all teams need in order to be effective. Participants will have the opportunity to examine their own team and learn tools to improve their team dynamics.

• apply tools to their own teams

Why You Need It
Work is rarely solo these days, yet ineffective, low-performing teams are a chronic obstacle to modern organizational success. It’s often assumed that team members will automatically just know how to work together productively, with no explicit guidelines to help that assumption become a reality. Paying attention to the dynamics of successful teams not only sets up employees for success, but creates a reusable template for team interaction, eliminating an all-too-common chain of events before it even starts.
