Jean offers 25 years experience in business, education and consulting, including a background in management and training in the financial services, retail, pharmaceutical, and technology industries. Also working in academic and government environments on small and large group interventions, she has proven success in team development, leadership coaching, culture change and the development and successful implementation of strategic business initiatives. Based in the Twin Cities, Jean holds a Doctorate in Organization Development from the University of St. Thomas, with a special research interest in leadership and transition. She has presented locally, nationally, and internationally on the topics of Leadership Development, Organization Change, and Effective Communication. In addition she is an adjunct faculty member at the University of St Thomas and Hamline University and an Insights Licensed Practitioner. She’s been gleefully teaching Jazzercise for 26 years, after being assured she’d burn out in five---take that, naysayers!
