For the last two decades, Kaylene has criss-crossed the U.S., facilitating groups in a range of topics, focusing on individual growth that aligns with organizational needs. Her deepest and broadest experiences are in support of mentoring initiatives, interpersonal skill development for emerging leaders, and thriving during organizational change. Kaylene brings wit and wisdom to groups, clearly enjoying facilitation for optimal learning. She is energized and passionate about her new facilitation focus--developing intercultural proficiency across multiple differences. She has an undergraduate degree from St. Catherine University and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Development from the University of St. Thomas, both in St. Paul, MN. A native Minnesotan, Kaylene migrated west in 2003 when her three children, all in the Denver area, started to have their children. She moved for one grandchild, and now there are five. Since moving, Kaylene has commuted to Minnesota monthly to service long-term clients. In Colorado she chases the grandchildren down the ski runs, jogs and lifts weight to stay strong, and ultimately, relaxes in the bliss of a long TiVo queue.
