Keziban has spent ten years working and researching innovation in transformational change with dyads, teams and leaders – breaking through barriers, outmoded thought systems, and sluggish performance -- inspiring and unleashing creativity in clients, teams and organizations using a leading-edge interdisciplinary approach towards change. Keziban is a Coach, Scientist, and Spiritual Healer who deftly integrates science, Western Change Methods (Gestalt Systems Thinking, Polarity Management TM) and Eastern Change (alignment and centering meditations for innovative decision making, stress management, and block dissolving tools) to effect profound, sustainable shift for clients and organizations in varied arenas. These methods reach beyond the current change applications, creating deep incisive, and sustainable shift from the inside out. She specializes in 40 Day Transformational Breakthrough Coaching, Executive Leadership Coaching, Team Building, and Core Principle Based Strategic Planning. Keziban is a former NASA and University Research Scientist and a former Non-Profit Program Director. She is a graduate of 10th Dot TransformationsTM 2 year Organizational Change Leadership program blending Eastern and Western change principles (with Charles Bates, former chair of Gestalt Institute of Cleveland). She is also a certified teacher for 10 years in Himalayan Yoga, Spirituality, and Meditation, a certified teacher in Sufi Meditation and Energetic Healing, and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Spiritual Leadership. She lives in Woodbury, MN with her three inspirations, Grace, Hannah & Sara.
