Maria has nearly 20 years experience in sales, marketing, communications and business development. She brings a broad knowledge of proven best practices necessary for small business. Her focus at deepSEE is to develop sales and marketing strategies and manage related activities. Her work in the independent, non-mainstream publishing industry has enabled her to gain a rich perspective on many social and cultural differences that exist both here in the U.S. and abroad. Maria lived in London for ten years and attended Middlesex University where she received a B.A. in English and Literary Studies. Currently she is a student in the Marketing Management and Innovation B.A. program at Concordia University in Saint Paul. When not working, she spends a lot of time in front of the stove, driving out west with her family, or offering obscure facts about birds to people who at least pretend to listen.
