Mike brings a wealth of skills and experience to his business development role. He has held positions in sales and customer service in both large global corporations and small regional companies. Mike received his B.A. in Political Science from Winona State University. He is excited to finally have an outlet to share his long-held passion for Diversity and Inclusion. Going back to his early childhood as one of five adopted children, diversity and cultural awareness have been an important part of his life and are at the core of his work. Mike is a transplant from the east coast to the upper Midwest, and he actually loves the snow and humidity. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons. On most afternoons he can be found speeding home for a walk with the family and their Miniature Dachshund, Maxwell.
