Sarah has over 15 years experience designing and implementing training and learning programs, ten years experience in program leadership, management and supervision and focuses on intercultural competence, leadership development, participatory learning, community capacity building and social change. Sarah’s experience with professional development includes training AmeriCorps staff and members nationally, leading staff development at a Peace Corps training center in West Africa, and training Peace Corps volunteers in several African countries. She has also served as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Minnesota. Sarah was educated at Rutgers College, New Jersey and received a Master of Education from the University of Minnesota. She is a Qualified IDI Administrator and is fluent in French.
