Victor has a passion for change leadership and how to coach each level of an organization to be successful in making change, having spent nine years as a corporate trainer for a Fortune 50 company and has a human services background. He graduated from Luther Seminary where he did post-graduate work in how to create healthy organizations. In his corporate role as a Learning & Development Consultant Victor focused on leadership development, customer service, and training for operations, and worked on projects involving change management, employee engagement, and performance improvement, with target audiences ranging from 10 to 4,000 with up to 30 different locations involved. Victor is on the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Facilitator’s Network and was a past president of the MN Hobby Beekeeper's Association. He holds the rank of Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, is a beekeeper, and avid but lousy fly fisherman.
