Identified Need & Challenges • Global organization—At the time of our work, the organizational priority was for 75% of their organic growth to occur in Asia and Africa and these initiatives needed to position them to be able to do that.
Solution & Outcomes • deepSEE created strategy and 1-yr process to create their global diversity council and the strategy plan for the council. The council was made up of members from all continents and the initiative was global and long-term in scope. We created and led the process for both the formation of the council as well as for the strategic plan and roll out of the initiative. • Conducted a D&I needs assessment and created a 5-yr global D&I strategic plan with a detailed plan for global training and communication • Began a global women in leadership initiative
